Condition Survey of Multiple Buildings at JFK Airport

Condition Survey of Multiple Buildings at JFK Airport

As a subconsultant, SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) performed cyclical condition surveys at various buildings at John F. Kennedy International Airport, including Building 14, 77, 144, 151, and 208. The purpose of these surveys was to determine the structural integrity of various building components and identify deficiencies. The projects involved visual and hands-on inspections performed by SIE’s qualified engineers, documentation of findings along with photographic documentation, and preparation of condition survey reports detailing the inspection findings with locations, conclusions, and recommendations of priority, routine and safety repair items. All work was conducted in accordance with the Authority’s procedures and guidelines.
