SI Engineering is pleased to announce that Mark Scully has joined the firm as Senior Project Manager. Mark has over thirty (30) years of experience the transportation industry, with over twenty-five (25) years of experience overseeing pre-construction and railroad operations services for major rail projects for MTA-LIRR, MTA-NYCT, and MTACC. He has served extensively as the Senior Program Manager on East Side Access, MTA’s multi-billion-dollar mega-project that aims to provide Long Island Rail Road access to Manhattan’s east side. Mr. Scully has a strong history of meeting and exceeding goals and will be an asset to our Project and Construction Management team.
