SI Engineering was recently awarded a NYCDEP contract for structural inspection and analysis of the Agency’s East 38th Street facility. Under this contract, SIE will review previously installed systems and current conditions of the building and recommend a course of action for both short term and long-term viability of the facility for repair and rehabilitation. The work includes an architectural and structural assessment to evaluate existing conditions, as well as providing recommendations to guide the Agency in developing a strategy to rehabilitate the building’s structural and architectural issues.
