SIE’s Senior Associate, Raim Izhar, PE, ENV SP, spoke at the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) NYC Metro panel that SIE hosted at our headquarters in Manhattan. This panel was focused on what minority- and women-owned businesses (MBEs/WBEs) bring to the table when teaming with larger organizations, as well as how to best provide opportunities for, engage with, and expand their growth. Raim serves on the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging committees for both the DBIA NYC Metro and ACEC New York, ensuring that SIE is a leader on the forefront of the conversation around DEIB in our industry.
