As the prime consultant, SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) provided construction inspection services for airside construction at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). Tasks included inspection of asphalt milling and paving, electrical light fixture and underground infrastructure replacement, installation of airfield markings and signage, and general coordination between the contractors and PA facility staff for access to airside. The projects consisted of MFA 504.002, a general Work Order contract to perform airside work on an as-needed basis throughout the airfield, as well as EWR 154.357 to restore pavement around Terminal B and contract EWR 154.935 to rehabilitate Runway 4L-22R.
