Gerry Gaeta, RA, PMP
Vice President
Gerry Gaeta is a Vice President who serves a key role in growing and managing our rail, transit, and aviation portfolio. He has over thirty (30) years of experience working at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and in the consultant community.
He formerly served as the Design Manager for MTACC’s East Side Access Project, as well as the Director of Design for PANYNJ’s Access to the Region’s Core (ARC) Tunnel. He led the design effort in the development of a new Terminal A facility for the Newark Liberty International Airport Redevelopment Program and also served as the Senior Program Manager for PANYNJ’s Aviation Department, responsible for directing the implementation of JFK Airport’s capital construction program. Gerry also served as the Construction Manager for the Hurricane Sandy NJ RREM program, leading the design and construction activities for the program to ensure compliance with the federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and NJS Department of Community Affairs (DCA) requirements.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology and is a Registered Architect licensed in the state of New York. He is also a certified Project Management Professional.
