Mark Scully is a Senior Project Manager based out of SIE’s Long Island office supporting the management and growth of our project management and construction management rail portfolio. Mark has a strong history of meeting and exceeding goals and is an asset to SIE’s Project and Construction Management team. He has over thirty (30) years of experience the transportation industry, including over twenty-five (25) years of experience overseeing pre-construction and railroad operations services for major rail projects for MTA-LIRR, MTA-NYCT, and MTACC.
Prior to joining SIE, Mr. Scully served extensively as the Senior Program Manager on East Side Access, MTA’s multi-billion-dollar mega-project that aims to provide Long Island Rail Road access to Manhattan’s east side. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Manhattan College.
