SI Engineering, P.C. is pleased to announce that Craig Covil, PE, DBIA, FASCE has taken on a part-time role as Senior Advisor to the firm to help with corporate firm development, as well as business development. Craig is well known in the NY/NJ region for having been involved in the leadership and delivery of major infrastructure projects such as Fulton Center, Second Avenue Subway, Tappan Zee Bridge, Enhanced Stations Initiatives (ESI) for both NYCT and Metro North, and post-Sandy projects with PANYNJ and MTA. Craig worked with Arup for 25 years, Hong Kong International Airport Authority for 7 years, and most recently helped expand Halmar International to enter the P3 market and supported the launch of Itinera Infrastructure & Concessions Inc (now ASTM) as developer and equity-provider for Halmar. His extensive experience includes advising on numerous projects in the P3 and Design-Build sector worldwide. Craig’s role at SI Engineering as a part-time Senior Advisor to the owners and senior management is to assist in growing SIE and aid in the planning and strategic longer-term outlook for the firm.
