As a subconsultant, SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) provided construction management services required for the construction of the Brooklyn Community District 3 Garage. DSNY undertook a project to construct a new garage building on a site in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The site was an open-air bus parking lot with some auxiliary facilities. The new building accommodates operating garage units designated as Brooklyn 3 Garage.
