REI Services for Distribution Water Main Work in Jay Avenue

As the prime consultant, SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) provided resident engineering inspection services for this New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC) project. The project involved the construction of distribution water main work in Jay Avenue between Borden Avenue and 66^th Street. Distribution water mains were replaced along 12^th and 14^th Streets, 30^th Road, 30^th Drive, and 31^st Avenue, as well as other locations in Queens. The project replaced an estimated total of 8,850 linear feet of existing aging water mains to prevent potentially hazardous breaks and improve water distribution in the project areas.
