In addition, this project included street lighting, traffic signal work, signage, two (2) pedestrian plazas, bioswale / rain gardens, new sidewalks, curbs, road restoration, and the planting of trees.
This project also involved upgrading utilities, replacement and / or reconstruction of outlet, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, distribution water mains, manholes, chambers, catch basins, and hydrants in order to improve overall drainage, quality of drinking water, and increased fire protection by providing these infrastructure upgrades that will meet the current and future community development goals for generations to come.
