As one of the largest and busiest container port terminals in the country, Newark Marine Terminal has witnessed continual expansion and growth to accommodate increasing container traffic. The terminal consists of several buildings and facilities managed by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. To ensure structural integrity of these facilities, SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) was engaged to conduct comprehensive condition inspections and surveys, documenting deficiencies and providing recommendations for rehabilitation and repair. All field inspections and subsequent reporting were conducted by our experienced engineers, as per PANYNJ procedures and guidelines.
