As a subconsultant, SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) provided in-depth inspections, load ratings and reporting to all (352) undergrade bridges throughout the entire MNR system. The project consisted of 133 structures on the Hudson Line, 99 structures on the Harlem Line, 36 structures on the New Haven Line, and 84 structures on the Port Jervis Line. SIE was involved in performing hands-on inspection, observing and documenting unusual problems or details, verifying previously reported conditions, and preparing load rating reports and design recommendation.
