As a subconsultant, SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) performed a condition survey and submitted condition survey reports for culverts located at Newark Airport. The culverts 6A, 6B, and 6C consisted of 1 cell – 347’, 2 cell – 258’, and 1 cell – 1,032’. Access was coordinated with Airside Operations and performed at night. All inspection work and reports conformed to the PA Quality Assurance Guidelines for Waterfront Structures. Inspection of the culvert structures was performed in compliance with the latest PANYNJ guidelines.
