As a subconsultant, SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) provided construction administration and inspection services for the design and construction of the HRD connector ramp from the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge Harlem River Drive Lift Span to the northbound Harlem River Drive.
This contract required design oversight and construction inspection of the connector ramp from RFK Bridge Harlem River Lift Span to the HRD. The work included new piles, pile caps, columns, and ramp superstructure. Additional work included drainage (outfall into the Harlem River) and roadway lighting, signage, paving, and appurtenances.
