Construction Management Services for the New Terminal One at JFK International Airport

As a subconsultant, SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) provided construction management services for the New Terminal One at John F. Kennedy International Airport. The scope of the project included replacing Terminals One and Two, as well as the former Terminal Three. The terminal ensures an enhanced user experience, with over 2.5 million square feet of floor space upon completion. The 23-gate, international-only terminal was built in phases. The build includes state-of-the-art technology and sunlit spaces, with more than 300,000 square feet of recreational, dining, retail, and lounge space.

SIE provided construction management and inspection services for this major design-build project.
