As a subconsultant, SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) provided construction management and inspection services related to the construction of large-scale projects for Delta’s renewal of LaGuardia Airport’s Terminals C and D. These projects involved design-build parking garages, elevated roadways, utility infrastructure improvements, airfield modifications, demolition of existing terminals and buildings, and new terminal construction. The team was also responsible for preparing written contract administration documentation including daily work reports, controlled inspection reports, daily time and material records, and unit price work.
