As a subconsultant, SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) provided program management services on an “as-needed” basis throughout all phases of the JFK Redevelopment program. The team was responsible for program management, delivery support, project controls, estimating, constructability, phasing and staging, procurement support, operation readiness activation transition, and outreach and communication.
