As a subconsultant, SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) provided field inspection services and Project Requirements and Design Criteria (PRDC) and Master Plan for the overcoating portion of this contract. The project involved the review of existing and new inspection findings and categorizing each condition based on the recent NYCT Manual and EAM-based deficiency tables. Work also involved the creation of drawings and guides for a design-build contract, which included plans and elevations with condition tables of the inspection findings. Draft and final design-build documents, including drawings and specifications, were prepared and submitted for approval.
