As the prime consultant, SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) provided resident engineering inspection services for this New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC) project. The project involved implementing a pilot program to capture storm water runoff in the NC-077 CSO (combined sewer overflow) tributary area located in Maspeth, Queens. This pilot called for installing permeable asphalt pavement ranging along various street segments.
SIE was responsible for the inspection, management, coordination, and administration of the project, from commencement through close-out. SIE staff generated reports and sketches, maintained site safety, performed document management, and prepared payments.
