As a subconsultant, SI Engineering P.C. (SIE) provided resident engineering inspection services for the construction of approximately 1.6 miles of the 14-mile Brooklyn Waterfront Greenway, from Red Hook through the Gowanus area and Sunset Park in Brooklyn. The reconfiguration of the street included the creation of a two-way, separated bike path with a buffer, and raised crossings and improved pavement markings at intersections.
